The folks at New River Arts and Crafts respect your privacy, and we promise we will never sell or give away your personal information to unrelated third parties, except as required or permitted by law.

This web site uses session variables to help place items in your shopping cart, but the technology we use does not save cookies on your hard drive. As you surf our site, we are tracking aggregate non-personal data in our web server logs, such as how many times a page was viewed or what kind of browser you use. We use this information to improve our web site and correct any technical problems, and none of it is tracked on an individual basis.

The only time you are required to provide personal information about yourself is when you place an order; we only use this information to communicate with our producers, shippers, and our financial institutions in order to process your purchase request.

Once you make a purchase, you are considered a customer of the producer(s) and of the entity known as "New River Arts and Crafts". This entity reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time (but no more than once a month - probably on a quarterly basis) via e-mail to let you know of special sales or other announcements. Since you are also considered a customer of a particular producer once you make a purchase, he or she reserves the right to communicate with you as well.

You have the option elsewhere on this site to communicate directly with our producers without making a purchase; should you call, write, or send them an e-mail, the producers reserve the right to contact you if they desire.
