Refund Policy
We strive to offer only the highest quality arts and craft items.
All of the items found on this website have been handmade or
hand-grown in the northwestern corner of North Carolina - the
heart of the New River Valley. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with anything you purchase from New River Arts &
Crafts, just return the item within 30 days and we will cheerfully
refund your money (minus shipping charges). Merchandise must be
returned in original condition.
Damaged Shipments
If the item you order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping
company immediately and hold the product and original packaging
for 7 days in order for the shipping company to inspect and give
further instructions.
